"Öz Antep"

A Touch of Turkey in Your Kitchen

Noodles With Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g noodles
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Öz Antep tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Öz Antep paprika paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper and Öz Antep pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2.5 cups of water (200 ml cup size)
  • Optional: dried parsley

So here's how it works:

  1. Fry olive oil, chopped tomatoes, and paste in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add cooking cream and stir.
  3. Add noodles and butter; stir, and then add water.
  4. As soon as the water boils, add the garlic and spices and stir.
  5. Cook over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Optional: add parsley and stir. Enjoy!

INSIDER TIP:

When preparing noodles, do not reduce the heat of the stove during cooking. The water should be kept at the boiling point so that the noodles cook faster and you can achieve the desired "al dente" result. If you reduce the heat, there is a risk that the noodles will not become firm.
